Welcome to one of the friendliest running clubs in Essex based in Benfleet.

The club was founded in 1975 by Alan Perkins and now boasts a membership of over 100 runners.

Everyone, male or female, over the age of 17 is welcome to join us.

Whether you want to use running as a means of getting fit or meeting new friends, Castle Point Joggers is the running club for you.

If you are in the Benfleet, Thundersley, Hadleigh or Canvey Island areas you are most

welcome to come and join us.

We meet on Tuesday evenings at the old fire station in Hadleigh at 7.30pm

We also meet on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings at Runnymede Swimming Pool car park.

Our annual membership fee is £20 which includes £5 levy to England Athletics. Or only £15 if you choose not to affiliate, but if you do you will save £2 every time you enter a race.
