If you are interested in joining us, you are welcome to pop along on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm.

We meet in the car park at Runnymede Swimming pool, except on

the first Wednesday of every month, then we meet at the seafront by Chalkwell station for our 5k time trial.

Just ask for John also known as Jack. You will be assured of a warm welcome. Alternatively you can just give him a call or you can contact committee members Mike or Sarah by email.
