Young Athletes (8-15yrs)
Our next training sessions are both on the track at Waterside Farm
These sessions are lead by qualified coaches and therefore follow the UKA training model for age group.
They include work on all advised distances and include conditioning and technique elements Most importantly they are thoroughly enjoyed by our participants
